What is Happify?

Happify is a science-based mental wellness platform built on research in positive psychology, cognit ive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness. After a brief sign-up assessment, users select personalized "tracks" โ€” structu red 10-day programs targeting goals such as conquering negative thinking, coping with stress, building self-confidence, or im proving relationships. Each track contains a mix of guided meditations, gamified activities, gratitude exercises, journaling prompts, and quizzes designed to rewire negative thought patterns and promote emotional resilience. The app includes an AI co ach named Anna who guides users through activities and provides space for reflection. A 20-page character strength report, de veloped in partnership with the VIA Institute, helps users understand and apply their personal strengths. The free tier inclu des several tracks and basic activities; Happify Plus unlocks all 30+ tracks, advanced progress analytics, community features , and the full character report.
